In addition to customer specific automation projects, we develop and build our own automation equipment for in-house use, this includes custom presses with automated feed, equipment for specific manufacturing processes, automated loading and clamping equipment, linked to CNC machinery etc. Below video shows an example of an automated machine, used to dispense, recoil, print, measure and cut consumable waterproofing membrane rolls to user definable length, please note, this video was taken whilst the machine was being build, prior to the installation of the safety guards.

This clip shows an automatic loading system we developed in-house to tend a CNC lathe. prior to the implementation of this system an operator had to load this machine every 3 minutes. now we can pre-load 126 raw parts giving us 6 hrs of uninterrupted machine time.
