All our equipment was purchased New and is maintained to the highest standards besides, state of the art machining centers, we operate a wide array of automated support equipment we developed and produced in-house to enhance our productivity. Some of our in house automation allows us to produce unattended for up to 62 hours.
This clip shows an automatic loading system we developed in-house to tend a CNC lathe. Prior to the implementation of this system an operator had to load this machine every 3 minutes. Now we can pre-load 126 raw parts giving us 6 hrs of uninterrupted machine time.
Our in-house developed feeding units allows the economical production of small components. Our feeding units range from simple pneumatic / Hydraulic units as shown in the clip, to complex servo driven, PLC controlled feeders, interfaced with the control of the CNC Machining center for untenanted, lights out operation.
