Administritive & Marketing Assistant

We require the services of a well-rounded individual with a broad range of administrative and marketing experience. The suitable candidate should be willing to fulfill a very diverse position in our company being responsible for various administration and marketing functions. This individual will be responsible to identify and explore new markets, products and manufacturing opportunities.

The successful candidate must be a team player, able to work independently and take on new responsibilities when required to do so.

Role And Responsibilities:

Identify an appropriate approach toward diversifying and growing our business and exploring new markets in North America, Europe and Africa. Document and Refine our ongoing manufacturing processes and assist in refining technical documentation for existing products. Create an awareness and generate interest in target markets by keeping our website up to date, infomercials in trade publications and targeted e-mails. Assist in the development and marketing of new products complementing our existing manufacturing processes. Develop marketing strategies, including digital documentation. Write digital media content for marketing. Create and maintain presence on social media platforms Establish and maintain relationships with potential market leaders. Document and refine our ongoing manufacturing processes as well as new manufacturing leads Prepare financial and operational reports for individual projects. Determine, improve and develop business processes and systems within our in-house production Assist in the development of internal manufacturing documents. Write technical documents, job descriptions and policies. Maintain and update Machine documentations. Assist the President with various administrative tasks in the business Handle all incoming and outgoing communications

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Communication and/or Marketing Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially MS Excel and Word. Strong communicator with above average business English language skills – both verbal and written. Knowledge of importing and exporting is a must (North America/Europe/Africa) Knowledge of manufacturing is imperative a rudimentary knowledge or past exposure to the energy storage industry would be beneficial since one of our target markets is the renewable energy sector. Ability to multi-task working on multiple projects simultaneously Ability to impact changes in operations by positively influencing and motivating others Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive, problem solver above average time management and organizational skills Self-motivated with strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude. Ability to prioritize and complete tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
